2024-2025 After school program

Back to school blues?
NoT AROUND HERE!
it’s forever summer IN our after school program!

We will pickup your kiddos from school, bring them back to EMA for snack, exploration, hands on learning and more! While we offer some down time for homework, but we are not responsible for their homework.
(We have to stay cool, right? ;))

Children will spend their afternoons learning and exploring the marine world around them! They will collect specimens, conduct experiments, use various sampling equipment and discover why the creatures around us are so amazing— and how they thrive and survive in our dynamic ocean environment.

It will be so much fun that they won't even know they are learning!

Families will be responsible for providing after-school snacks!

We will send out an info letter to include details, but we will request to have a change of clothes, a pair of water shoes or closed toed shoes, sunscreen and extra snacks at EMA in their cubby.

$85 per week per kiddo
Pickup from Surf City Elementary
for Surf City Elementary + Middle School!
We will follow the Pender County School Calendar!
Pickup by 5:30 PM daily

To ensure that we are the right fit for your kiddo, we will have an application process through August 10th.
At that time, we will meet with. you + your kiddo, explain who we are and more about the program to make sure that your kiddo will love EMA as much as we do!
